How we work

Understand.
Solve one problem.
Expand.

Most software projects fail in small businesses because they start with a product and try to fit the business around it. We do the reverse: understand the work, fix how its data is captured and stored, then automate what is done by hand. Slower for the first week, faster for everything after.

  1. 01

    Understand

We spend time in your business before building anything. Where information enters, who re-types it, which spreadsheet is the real system, what gets chased by hand, and what you wish you could see at the end of the month.

Typically one or two visits and a short written summary you can correct.

  2. 02

Fix the data, solve one problem

First we fix how the data for that problem is captured and stored: entered once, in one place, kept safe. Then we automate the manual work on top: the chasing, re-typing, reminding or reporting that costs you most. Your team is trained on it, and the tools you already like stay in place.

Aim: something live and useful within weeks, not months.

  3. 03

    Expand

Everything is built on one shared foundation, so the next piece (operations, quoting, invoicing, reporting, more automation) plugs into data that is already clean. Customer records, staff and history carry across. AI is introduced where it gives a concrete benefit, not before.

You decide the pace. Nothing is added until it earns its place.

Hands-on onboarding

We set it up with you, load your existing data, and train the people who will use it. No self-serve tutorials for a team that has never used a CRM.

Responsive support

You message the person who built it. Fixes and small changes are part of the service, not a change request.

Works with what you have

Keep the accounting package, the booking tool, the WhatsApp number. We connect to them or fill the gap beside them.

How pricing works

A monthly subscription for the software, plus a one-off fee for onboarding and implementation. The subscription grows only when you add modules or users.

We quote per business today. Every conversation starts with what the problem is costing you now, so the price makes sense against something real.
